Server Rules

A server for players! Built by players! These rules keep Stormbound fair and fun. By creating an account or playing, you agree to follow them.

The Rules

No Cheating or Third-Party Tools

Hacks, speed or teleport tools, memory editors, packet tools and any program that automates or alters gameplay are not allowed. Our anti-cheat (Warden) is active. Normal UI addons are fine.

No Botting or Automated Multiboxing

Do not run unattended characters or use input broadcasting, macro automation or other third-party software to control several game clients. The built-in server playerbots are allowed and are the way to fill your group.

No Exploiting Bugs

If something is broken (duplicating items or gold, falling through the world, skipping bosses, abusing a module), do not use it. Report it. Knowingly abusing a bug is treated the same as cheating, and anything gained will be removed.

Respect Everyone

No harassment, hate speech, threats, discrimination or targeted toxicity toward players or staff, in game or on our Discord. Trash talk in PvP is fine; personal attacks are not. Never share another person's private information.

No Spam or Advertising

Do not flood chat or channels, and do not advertise other servers, websites, streams or services without staff permission.

Names Policy

Character and guild names must not be offensive, sexual, hateful, impersonate staff or famous people, or be random keyboard strings. Staff may force a rename on any name that breaks this rule.

No Real-Money Trading or Account Selling

Buying, selling or trading accounts, characters, gold, items or services for real money or for anything outside the game is forbidden. One person per account: do not share or hand over your account.

Report Bugs, Don't Abuse Them

Report bugs on our Discord or by email with as much detail as you can (what happened, where, and how to repeat it). Helpful reports make the server better for everyone.

Staff Decisions Are Final

Game Masters will never ask for your password. Follow staff instructions in game. If you disagree with a decision, appeal calmly and privately on Discord or by email instead of arguing in public chat.

Your Account, Your Responsibility

You are responsible for everything done on your account. Use a strong, unique password and keep it to yourself.

Penalties

Penalties usually go up one step at a time. Serious offences such as cheating, exploiting for profit, RMT or severe harassment can skip straight to a long or permanent ban.

WarningA verbal or written warning from staff.

Mute / KickTemporary chat mute or removal from the game.

Temporary BanA suspension from 1 day up to 30 days.

Long BanRepeat or serious offences, plus removal of gains.

Permanent BanAccount (and if needed IP) banned for good.

To appeal a penalty, contact us on Discord or email Primordialwownetwork@gmail.com with your account name and what happened.

Rules may be updated at any time. Changes are announced in the news and on Discord. Not knowing a rule is not an excuse for breaking it.
