Faster levelling, faster travel, Blizzlike loot. You reach endgame quicker and spend less time getting around, but gear, reputation and professions still feel earned.

Weekend Bonus

From Friday 6:00 PM until Sunday at midnight Mountain Time (MT), experience, gold, reputation, honor, profession skill-ups and weapon skill-ups are all doubled on top of the normal rates.

What Makes Stormbound Special

Playerbots

Never wait for a group. Bring your own bots to fill a dungeon party, level alongside your alts, or invite a bot of any class. Random bots also quest, trade, queue for dungeons and battlegrounds, and chat, so the world feels alive.

Dungeon Master

Generated dungeon challenges for levels 10 to 80 across six difficulty tiers, plus a roguelike mode with scaling tiers, affixes, buffs and its own vendor.

Transmog

Change the look of your gear for 10 silver. Appearances you unlock are shared across your account.

Assistant NPC

Heirlooms, glyphs, gems, elixirs, food, enchants and bags in one place, plus paid services for name changes, customization, race and faction changes, old-world flight paths, profession training and instance resets, all for in-game gold.

Quality of Life

Everyone moves at 2x speed, on foot and mounted, so getting around takes half the time. There is also a Flightmaster Whistle (15-minute cooldown) to call a flight anywhere, grey junk auto-sold for gold, faster ghost running after death, and fireworks when you level up.

PvP

Wintergrasp battles every few hours for level 75+, all battlegrounds and arenas with a ready-check countdown, an arena spectator NPC, and duel resets in the starting zones.

Where to Find NPCs

The server's custom NPCs stand in the capital cities, so you never have to go far to use them.

Gabriella (Assistant)	Every capital city: Stormwind, Ironforge, Darnassus, The Exodar, Orgrimmar, Thunder Bluff, Undercity and Silvermoon City, plus Shattrath City and Dalaran. In Stormwind she is in the Trade District outside the Auction House, and in Orgrimmar in the Valley of Strength near the inn.
The Dungeon Master	Every capital city, plus Shattrath City, Dalaran and Booty Bay. In Orgrimmar you will find him in front of the bank in the Valley of Strength.
Warpweaver (Transmog)	Stormwind: Trade District, near the Auction House. Orgrimmar: Valley of Strength, near the inn. Dalaran: near the ammunition, bow and gun shops.
Arena Spectator	Stormwind: Trade District, near the Auction House. Orgrimmar: Valley of Strength, near the inn. Dalaran: near the ammunition, bow and gun shops.

Tip: Warpweaver and the Arena Spectator stand right beside Gabriella in Stormwind, Orgrimmar and Dalaran.

Schedule

All times are Mountain Time (MT), the server clock.

Daily restart: every day at 4:00 AM Mountain Time (MT). It is quick and keeps the realm fast and stable.
Instance lockouts reset at 4:00 AM MT, right at the daily restart, on the normal Blizzlike daily and weekly cycle.
Daily quests reset at 6:00 AM MT, and weekly quests on Thursday at 6:00 AM MT.
Wintergrasp: a 30-minute battle, then 150 minutes until the next one.
Weekend bonus: Friday 6:00 PM until Sunday at midnight MT.

How to Connect

Create a free account on our registration page.
Download and run PrimordialWoW-Setup.exe. It sets up the game and the realmlist for you.
Launch the game and log in with your account name and password.
Pick the Stormbound realm and create your character.

Already have a 3.3.5a client? Open Data/enUS/realmlist.wtf (or your locale folder) and replace its contents with:
